Orders take around 9 to 18 business days to be sent out. We will email you once your order has been sent. Orders take this long to go out because sometimes we are still making brooches, we also have to polish and pack each item. We aim to get everything sent as soon as we can. 

Australia: Australia wide orders generally take 2 to 7 business days to arrive, we do have tracking on all Australian orders.

International: Orders overseas take anywhere from 5 to 15  business days. All oerseas orders come with tracking

Standard Shipping: $8 or free when you spend $150 or over
Express Shipping: $15

Internation Shipping

International shipping fees vary, shipping totals will be shown at checkout. We currently only offer express international shipping. We are not responsible for any customs fees that our overseas customers may receive. 

We can only combine orders if they are addressed to the same name and address. You just need to email us within 24 hours of the order being placed for us to do this. We will also refund any excess postage once you have email us.

This is because we have releases usually items sell out on the same day, the reason for this is because we are a small handmade company and we can only put up a limited amount. If something doesn't have limited next to it, it will be restocked. The best way to keep up with release dates and times is to follow us on Facebook or Instagram.

Please note that some light coloured acrylics can have light black marks on the edges, this is unavoidable and is not a fault.
